I'm Lauren Michelle, a dancer, choreographer, and mama to three awesome kiddos. Originally from Montreal, Canada, I've been living the sunshine life in Orlando, Florida since 2003.
Dance has always been my happy place, my way of expressing myself and developing confidence. From training with the top choreographers in the nation, rocking it with hip hop crews, to backing up local artists, I've experienced invaluable benefits through dance and performance. That's why I created Bombshell Dance Productions: a space with zero judgment and tons of love. A space where all women regardless of experience, can get a taste of what it feels like to be a stage performer in her power.
Here at Bombshell, we're all about empowering women through dance. Whether you're crushing it in live classes, slaying our online membership, or booking private lessons/rehearsals with me, you're joining a supportive community of inspiring women, the Bombshell Community!

Rachel Hayes

I’m Rachel Hayes, a dancer, choreographer, and book lover. I grew up in Danville, Virginia and moved to Orlando in October of 2020. My dance training includes ballet, tap, jazz, hiphop, pointe, contemporary, lyrical, and musical theatre. I also competed around the country, had several wonderful performance opportunities and have worked with the industry's top choreographers.
I attended James Madison University where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Dance in spring of 2020. In college I expanded my dance knowledge by adding an extensive dive into modern dance that led me to performing at the American College Dance Association. I was also accepted as a performer for the Walt Disney Company which will forever be one of the most special times of my life.
From the moment I walked into my first Bombshell class, I knew I had found something special. I have received nothing but love and support from the strongest group of women I know since day one. I genuinely look forward to any moments that I am able to share with these ladies both on and off the dance floor.
Bombshell has truly become such an important part of my life and I am so blessed to have a growing role within this community! Stepping into a leadership role with teaching and choreographing has sparked my passion for dance ever deeper than before. I feel inspired to grow as a dancer/choreographer every class and I walk away feeling empowered and loved.

I've been a Bombshell Dance Productions member since 2018. I moved to the Tampa area and started the first franchised Bombshell location. I am excited to share this supportive community with new dancers in the Tampa, St.Pete, & Clearwater areas. I have worked as a former competition Jazz instructor & Highschool Dance Team coach. Dance specialties include jazz, hip-hop, musical theater, pom, & heels.
