I’m Rachel Hayes, a dancer, choreographer, and book lover. I grew up in Danville, Virginia and moved to Orlando in October 2020. I started dancing when I was just 3 years old and haven’t stopped since!

I earned my B.A. in Dance from James Madison University in 2020. While in college, I expanded my training with a deep dive into modern dance, performing at the American College Dance Association. One of the most special times in my life was being accepted as a performer for the Walt Disney Company.

From the moment I walked into my first Bombshell class, I knew I had found something special. Since day one, I’ve felt nothing but love and support from the strongest group of women I know. I genuinely look forward to every moment I get to share with them on and off the dance floor.

Bombshell has become such an important part of my life. Stepping into a leadership role has reignited my passion and pushed me to grow as both a dancer and choreographer. I leave every class feeling inspired, empowered, and deeply grateful.

The confidence Bombshell has given me carries into every part of my life. Walking into that first class truly changed everything. Now I get to share this journey with my girls each week—and I believe every woman is a Bombshell.
